About This Beer
Believe me, you’re not gonna wanna say “see ya later alligator” to this DIPA — it just keeps calling back for succulent sip after succulent sip.
When you crack open a can and pour the pale golden nectar, tantalizing aromas of ripe mangos and candied oranges created by the massive dry hopping instantly enthrall the senses.
Tasting Notes
The taste follows, with big bursts of jammy marmalade and stone fruit leading things off. Notes of dank kush and pine resin bring up the rear, masking the bold 8.2% ABV and making it stealthier than a Florida ‘gator hiding in a swamp.

Looks like OJ. Tastes just as juicy with a surprisingly nice slight bitterness.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy gold n pour with a substantial white head. Hoppy aroma, citrusy, dank. Taste is carried on a thick, creamy body, malty, zesty. Not that I was expecting, but pretty smooth for a DIPA.

Juice bomb with the right amount of dank. Great stuff!

Man… Gator! Wonderful easy 8% splasher with enough funky dank undertones to keep you engaged.

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a tulip glass.
Look- Straw, sudsy white head, very hazy, no visible particulate, average head retention, above average lacing.
Smell- Peach, orange, nectarine, floral, medium strength of scent.
Taste- Orange, pineapple, nectarine, medium strength of flavor.
Feel- Medium body, slightly below average carbonation, mildly creamy, low bitterness, zero astringency, mildly dry finish, mildly prickly.
Overall- Look of this beer was a great straw color with a high amount of haze and lacing. The bouquet was medium in strength and a pleasant mix of peach, orange, nectarine and some floral notes. Flavor was also medium in strength and matched the nose well. The feel had no astringency and a medium body with a low amount of bitterness. Overall the beer was enjoyable, it just could have used a stronger bouquet and flavor profile to better display those desirable attributes.
