When we heard Odd13 took one of our favorite recipes and cranked it up to Double IPA proportions with space-themed hops, we dropped everything and set our beer phasers to GET IT NOW. 

Seriously, we go after stashes of the original I-P-Alien whenever we can. It’s a hazy hopbomb that tastes like the brewers accessed some intergalactic technology to blast each sip with otherworldly levels of hop fruitiness!

In today’s amped-up rendition, a massive dry-hopping of Apollo, Comet, and Galaxy Hops invades I-P-Aliensss with a universal lushness in every sip! The pineapple and guava flavors are still at the forefront, this time accompanied by waves of ruby red grapefruit, mango, and resinous pine. It’s all wrapped in a deliciously pillowy, almost ethereal body.

And, while you won’t taste it, the amped-up 8% ABV emerges as a pleasant body buzz about halfway through the can. 

Odd13 only brews this one in limited batches, so we don’t know when (or if) we’ll be able to capture this hopped-up extraterrestrial outside of the taproom again. Got your phaser ready?
