You don’t have to like blue cheese to love I Swear I’m Addicted to Blue Cheese! Because, while this Belgian-style Quad from the NYC superstars at Evil Twin is excellent with stinky cheeses, it’s just as (ahem) *gouda* with lots of other snacks.
Tasting Notes
Got some potato chips? That sounds nice with the rich malty tones of caramel and molasses. Or what about popcorn to go with this Quad’s cocoa notes and fruity esters hinting at fig and plum? You can’t fail with a chocolate chip cookie, especially when the brew’s brown sugar whispers would play so well with a little bakery sweetness.

Charcuterie board in a beer. Earthy figs, bready maltyness, caramel biscuits, bitter dark fruit, molasses, and a subtle sweetness. Only missing the bleu cheese.
