Of course, Brett Doebbeling was a local legend long before he and his wife Ashley launched Drastic Measures.

Brett ran a successful drywall company for 15 years until, one day, he caught the homebrewing bug. His obsession for fine-tuning beer styles and exploring new flavors led him to co-found another popular brewery in Minnesota. Then, in 2016, Food Service News actually called him out for helping expand “the craft beer craze outside the Twin Cities.”

Today’s Ill Intent Imperial IPA marks a first for Doebbeling and the Drastic Measures crew — their first time on Tavour!
