About This Beer
Nashville is an extraordinary town.
Where else on earth can you tour the Johnny Cash Museum in the morning, have some hot chicken and biscuits for lunch, and then cap it all off with a show at the iconic Grand Ole Opry? Literally, nowhere.
There’s also nowhere else you can do all this AND still stop in for a cold pint of pillowy Illusion IPA from one of the nations best hop-juicers: Bearded Iris Brewing. This thing seriously bursts with tangy nectar, and it’s virtually impossible to collect outside of the Music City.
Tasting Notes
The hops deliver powerful waves of ripe cantaloupe, tangy citrus, plump berries, and plush apricot, giving each mouthwatering sip juicy flavors of VeryBerry Starbursts.

Good, but that is the standard for Beared Iris.

Good beer but nothing special from Bearded Iris. They have better beers and this one drinks boozier than the ABV (I prefer the opposite). Good mouthfeel but lacked any distinctive flavor or other characteristic. Felt the one beer the next day.
