About This Beer

If a PB plus Cocoa Puff milkshake sounds like a wonderful idea, Main & Mill already did all the work with a big ol’ hit of booze to boot. To craft this showstopper, they started with a heavily oated base with a kiss of milk sugar for a rich and fluffy base. Then they loaded it with peanut butter and Ghanian cacao nibs for silky layers of flavor to match.

Tasting Notes

Enormous nutty aromas erupt out of every pour of today’s decadent Imperial Stout. Thick, creamy currents of cocoa and peanut butter course through the quaff. Quite thick, creamy, and sweet. Both the cocoa and PB come through nicely with a surprising roasty twist. Somehow, the ingredients mix to create a tangy quality, which is unexpected.

I know your decision the peanut butter is okay but it could do with a little more bottom end creaminess. I get a lot more of a sharp peanut flavor, like something you would taste in a artificial peanut candy.
