Just a very nice Italian Pils.

Refreshing

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour with a fizzy, foamy head. Light grainy aroma, biscuits. Taste is crisp, hint of lemon, bready. The most accurate part is the feel, as it comes across dry, just like Italian pilsners I had in Italy. I think the hard water in Italy causes a unique chalky character which is present in this beer. Well done!

I don’t normally drink Pilsner, but this is The best Pilsner I can recall. Very solid, demanded your attention, hops were there but not strong like you’d expect in a Pilsner. Full bodied Pilsner. Try some and share it with friends! I’m hoping to fit in a stop when passing through Charleston I’m that impressed.

I don’t always love a pils, but when I do it’s an Italian pils. Super lemony and clean. Some crackery balance but ultimately lemony, super crisp and no lingering pils yeastiness.

Perfection. Light with just that subtle Pilsner taste.

Floral, slightly fruity aromas. Clean, light mouthfeel, but good body for a pils. Nice malty sweetness balanced by a little floral hoppiness. Crisp finish. Excellent pils.
