Northwest Pils-heads are amped that Oregon’s Coldfire Brewing has joined the Italian-Style Pilsner party. Insiders know the brewery is a stickler for mastering new spins on traditional craft styles. In today’s brew, they incorporate Pekko, Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Mandarina Bavaria Hops for a uniquely fruity twist.
