Adroit went all out, adding 7.1 lbs per barrel of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Citra Hops - twice as much as the average IPA. That massive heap of hops brings a whole universe of star-bright citrus and swirling stone fruit. Galaxies of dank papaya and pineapple mingle with a twinkle of resinous pine. This hazy has all the juicy flavors of a New England Style IPA, but with a dry finish and an otherworldly 8.3% ABV.
