About This Beer
J’Adoube won gold in the Wild and Sour Ales category at the New York State Craft Beer Competition!
The decorated brewers crafted this tangy and delicately-flavored sipper by blending select barrels of spontaneously fermented, oak aged Saison. Then they conditioned the mixture on second-use Balaton cherries, adding complex nuances to this irresistible Sour. Finally, several months of bottle conditioning allowed the brew to develop a crisp, dry character.
Tasting Notes
Every pour radiates bright cherry aromas threaded with the herbaceous scent of fields covered in morning dew. Take a taste and a bright, beautiful juiciness surrounds hints of vinous Pinot Noir. Undertones of soft oak and earth fade into tannic whispers by the finish.

Aroma filled w/earthy funkiness & oak along w/subtle cherry notes. Cherries are more prominent in taste. Oak is still present but funk is dialed down. Finishes a touch dry.
