A Note on This Beer
A typical Mead is made by fermenting honey with water, and sometimes adding fruit or other flavors.
But, Misbeehavin’ Meads is anything but typical.
This Indiana crew wanted to go as lusciously jammy as possible with their latest fruited-up Mead! They packed this sweet sipper with “an absurd amount” of blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. They also worked in loads of Tahitian vanilla beans.
But, the real kicker? They skipped the H2O!
You read that right! This Mead sips down ridiculously velvety, brimming with berrylicious fruit juice that hasn’t been watered down even a little bit. Honey and vanilla sweetness glaze it all over for a dessert-like confection worthy of your finest chalice.
Misbeehavin’ wanted Jammy AF, and that’s exactly what they delivered. To create your own similar experience, you could load up a glass with berries and vanilla icing and just go to town — but that wouldn’t come with this Mead’s 13.5% ABV!
This boozy jam is rated 4.54 on Untappd!
