About This Beer
Fortunately the crew at Alesong is brewing up exactly what I need. They started with a full-bodied Stout, let it slumber in Henry Mckenna 10 Year bourbon barrels, then woke it up with a dose of hand selected Brazilian coffee beans from their friends at Equiano Roasters.
Tasting Notes
We haven’t had a chance to taste this brand new release, but we’re expecting bold mocha flavors to course through every drop. Hints of top shelf whiskey should add notes of caramel, leaving little trace of the 11.2% ABV.

Bourbon aroma with coffee notes, creamy tan head, sweet caramel, roasted chestnut, and dark chocolate flavors with notes of oak and vanilla, and a warming bourbon finish.
