I have to apologize. Years ago I mistakenly called the folks at Washington’s Trap Door “up-and-comers.”

But then, they swept the 2019 Washington Beer Awards and racked up so many highly-rated IPAs on UT you’d think they were brewing liquid gold. It’s clear that they’re not an “up-and-coming” brewery — they’re lords of hops!

Take this stunner for example. This Hazy is so Juiced Up, you'll think there’s real fruit in it — but Trap Door managed to squeeze all that tropicality out of Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 Hops.
