About This Beer
The Minneapolis-based brewers started with a base made from German Barke Pilsner malt. Then, they kettle hopped it with Australian Galaxy before lagering and conditioning in oak foeders.
Tasting Notes
Biscuity notes of fresh baked baguette collide with a subtle malty sweetness upfront, while a hint of orange peel from the hops folds into woody nuances on the back. And it all culminates in a cracker-crisp finish that practically begs you to come back for more.

Incredible pils. Don't let the aroma scare you

how do you make a Pilsner even more crushable, apparently you age in oak foeders. it added a little oaky taste and smoothed out the maltiness. I could not put down

modist what happened!? not my favorite base for an oaked pils- more sulfur in the nose than I like. vanilla from oak wasn’t a good complement.

It has the oak taste to it. Very interesting. Definitely an interesting beer. Not something Id order at the bar every time. Cool beer though!
