About This Beer
For this one, the legendary crew blended a Black Barleywine and Imperial Stout base, aged it in 15 year Calumet Farms, Willet, Willet rye, and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, and finished it all on heaps of toasted coconut.
Tasting Notes
As an early taster, you can look forward to some seriously luxurious Mounds bar flavors from the dark malts and coconut. And since this 15% ABV beast comes from the Alaskan barrel experts, expect all that time in oak to deepen the rich notes of caramel and vanilla with sophisticated woody whiskey nuances.
