About This Beer
Any craft fan knows that Hoppin’ Frog’s beer is scary good, leaving beer lovers shrieking with delight. But now they’re out to give horror fans thrills and chills by teaming up with their Akron, OH neighbors at Killer Video, a retro horror museum, gallery, and homage to the video stores of yesteryear!
To craft this special release Pils, they started with a crisp, delicately malty base before balancing it with a subtle hop bitterness. And they had horror enthusiast and vintage poster artist Chris Garofalo create this first of four limited-edition labels for a sipper that’s creepy, crushable, and collectible!
Tasting Notes
Gore-geous nuances of crackly baguette and wild grass bleed into herbaceous hints of pepper and faint florals. A slash… er, splash of citrus lurks on the tail end like a tireless killer stalking counselors at a summer camp on the dry finish.
