About This Beer
I’m not sure how much data is really in a Kilobyte, but I do know the more of ‘em my network can process in a second, the better quality my Netflix stream is gonna be. Here’s what else I know: drinking this Kilobyte Midwestern Fruit Tart makes all my favorite shows WAAAAYYYY better.
Tasting Notes
Lip-smacking jammy flavors flow through the satisfying sip courtesy of golden raspberries. These sweet and tangy bramble notes expertly mask that boozy ABV, making for a killer brew to enjoy while you kick back and watch some TV.

Sour? yes. Raspberry? yes. Wdody complexity and depth? not really.

Rich golden color. Highly effervescent, with little head or lacing. Strong scent of raspberry with subtler funky undertones. Light-bodied with an effervescent mouthfeel. Surprisingly little raspberry flavor. A solid tart, mildly funky sour ale that speaks for itself, gently complemented by hints of raspberry. Not very alcoholic in flavor, but certainly packs a punch.

Exactly what you’d hope the name means — it’s raspberry and wonderfully sour raspberry, at that. Still very light / no real body, but ooh the bite.
