About This Beer
So I looked it up, and apparently kraxel is a German word meaning to climb a steep mountain. Which is fitting, because this German Dunkel packs a whole mountain of flavor!
Tasting Notes
Malt-driven notes of caramel, roasted hazelnuts, and toasted bread crusts ascend the sip. At the peak, hints of bittersweet chocolate and a kiss of earthiness add to the delicious complexity, before giving way to smooth, satisfying finish.
