About This Beer
Fonta Flora crafted this spontaneously-fermented, Lambic-style, Appalachian Wild Ale with local cherries. So we’re expecting a complex sip that tastes like something coming out of Senne Valley but with a rustic North Carolina terroir.
Tasting Notes
Notes of citrus, peach, and passion fruit reverberate through the creamy sip. As it fades, a building hints of dank resin and grapefruit pith crescendo on the finish, beautifully balancing out the malty sweetness.
