it's coffee is the primary scent and taste. Somewhat like a cold americano, with really good coffee. The coffee infusion was neat; for someone whom really hasn’t dug the seltzer movement. The kumquat comes across but barely. Same for persimmon. Enjoyed it and might try it for brunch in the future.

To me it tasted like lightly brewed, but stale coffee.

I’m not sure which question baffles me more: “Why would anyone put these flavors together in the first place?”, or, “Why did I even buy this mess?” It smells like canned tuna. The wrongness is strong with this one.

I won’t lie, it’s weird. But it’s really super good. It’s definitely more coffee. The kumquat and persimmon are almost not there.
