About This Beer
To create this one, the brewers started with their beloved Single Farm base, fermented with two kinds of Brettanomyces and the brewery’s own mixed culture. Then they refermented the beer on plenty of pineapple and mango and dry hopped it with Galaxy.
Tasting Notes
Just a touch of tartness should accentuate the tropically fruity flavors, elevating hints of oak and nuances of wild funk. Look for essences of lemongrass and hints of fresh hay lingering in the background.

Funky and fruity in the nose. Even more dry funk on the palate with really nice notes of mango and pineapple towards the middle. Clean, tropical finish. Such a delicious take on a traditional farmhouse.
