About This Beer
To create it, the mixed fermentation gurus at SP first brewed a bright, tangy, slightly funky Wild Ale base. They aged it in oak until it developed just the right character, with hints of lemongrass, hay, and tart citrus. Then they conditioned the brew on piles of apricots, infusing it with sunny stone fruit flavors.
Tasting Notes
Expect nuances of grass and freshly turned earth, like a summer breeze wafting across spring farmland. The base should bring a bit of pucker, with notes of lemon zest tempered by a touch of oak. And, of course, you’ll find soaring apricot flavors alongside hints of nectarine, peach, and pear.

Love the flavor. This one ventures past tart & into sour mode which isn’t my deal.

Complex sour base beer and decent amount of fruit but the fruit stayed far below the rest. overall Under performed my side project experiences, but still very good.

Apricot notes on point, bit more acidic than I like but still good. Maybe should have let it sit longer.

Pretty funny how bad this is compared with Side Projects previous efforts. They straught up robbed people of their money with this.

Sourness on the nose; sharp sourness with a slightly sweet residual peach. Very nice!
