About This Beer

To craft this one, the Jed-IPA experts started with a base more pillowy than the clouds of Bespin. Then they double dry hopped it with a Millennium Falcon’s worth of Citra and Galaxy for surges of straight nectar.

Tasting Notes

The juice is strong with this one, boasting ripe mango and peach tones more tropical than anything you’ll find in a cantina on Tatooine. Swirls of luscious citrus follow before a hint of pine brings balance to the force… er, I mean sip.

Hazy yellow pour, short lived foamy white head. Aroma is dank, overripe fruit, tropical. Taste starts with some citrus zest, then tropical fruit, mango, melon, dank, light bitterness.
