About This Beer
The team started with a body as soft and fluffy as the iconic avian, thanks to additions of flaked wheat. They hopped the brew in the whirlpool with Riwaka for pops of zesty citrus, then rounded it out with a dry hopping of Nectaron and Nelson.
Tasting Notes
Juicy swigs swell with notes of nectarine and white grapefruit. Bright splashes of passion fruit, gooseberry, and white wine grape accentuate the succulence while a hint of earthy dankness flows beneath.
