About This Beer
To craft this luscious stunner, the Tieton crew used apples grown right on their third generation farm. Locally sourced honey and whole lavender buds add gorgeously rich, floral accents, balancing the sweet, tangy flavor of the apples.
Tasting Notes
Crisp currents of sweet-tart, Washington apples course through each juicy sip with swirls of rich, golden, locally sourced honey. Delicate wafts of lavender from whole buds emerge on the finish. Nuanced, sweet, and balanced, it’s the kind of Cider I could drink all day!

A dry, not very sweet cider. Tastes like an alcoholic tea almost. Definitely a good summer drink

not what I was expecting. the lavender seemed faint, where as the honey came through but tasted wonky. wasn’t terrible but probably would not purchase again

I love this cider! It’s relatively sweet, easy to drink. Honestly one of the best ciders I’ve ever had. I think it does come across with a slight lemon honey tea flavor but I appreciate it.

Definitely interesting but in a good way.
if you read the side of the can it says you get a front flavor of apple, then a middle flavor of honey with a hint of lavender at the end. I feel like that is an accurate description.

Loved this cider! Honey have a nice, light sweetness to the cider. My one complaint?: not enough lavender—for me! But I do love lavender…like a LOT! So that’s probably my problem! Very good!
