About This Beer
To make this traditional Gueuze-style beer, the crew blended a combination of ales aged 1-4 years in oak barrels and added plenty of juicy raspberries.
Tasting Notes
Notes of jammy bramble fruit course throughout, intermingling with funky barnyard nuances and moderately tangy lemon. Hints of tannic woodspice add layers of depth and sophistication to the backend.
