About This Beer
To craft it, the Equilibrium legends teamed up with friends at J. Wakefield Brewing. The duo started with a rich base aged 26 months in Willett bourbon barrels. Then they layered it with toasted coconut, raw coconut, cacao nibs, pistachios, double honey, and a touch of lactose for all the flavors of a fantastic baklava. Finally, they accentuated it with Mostra and Equilibrium’s own Kinetic Blend coffee.
Tasting Notes
Imagine savoring a sumptuous, chocolatey pastry alongside a cozy cup of java and you have a decent idea what’s in store. Creamy currents of cocoa and honey cascade through every velvety quaff. Pistachio latte tones mingle with caramelized coconut notes heading toward hints of mocha on the finish. Careful though — all that desserty deliciousness completely hides the 17% ABV!
