Like every release in the Lone Buffalo series, this brew is the product of a single barrel! The Dark Beer masters at Wild Leap comb through their cellar, tasting Stouts of different ages, comparing their fudgy, roasty depths, and selecting only their very favorites to bottle for this celebrated series! Today’s slumbered on oak for a whopping 18 months.
Tasting Notes
Full bodied and thick, this brew overflows with whiskey caramel and oaky vanilla from the barrels. Those flavors accentuate the notes of baker’s chocolate and mocha in the base beer, creating a truly decadent sip. And with just one barrel’s worth to go around, it won’t last long.

Lone Buffalo does it again. Like all LB brews, this one had massive barrel flavor and depth, but it balanced that heft with the perfect amount of chocolate underneath. Top tier stuff.
