About This Beer
For this extremely limited release, the brewers started with a decadent Milk Stout base. They aged it in coconut rum barrels for 19 months, seeping it in nuances of oaky caramel, woody spice, and silky coconut. They then selected their favorite barrels of Stout before transferring and conditioning each single barrel in its own fermenter. Finally, they hand bottled and labeled every last one!
Tasting Notes
Waves of whiskey-kissed coconut creme brûlée splash through every velvety quaff crested with creamy dark mocha and vanilla oak tones. Hints of cocoa-covered dark fruit and molasses swim just underneath, hiding the 13.9% ABV flowing throughout.
