The crew at 3 Sons aged their silky base in Willet bourbon barrels for 20 months, then conditioned the brew on coffee and dark maple syrup for flavors that would make any logger grin. Plus they gave it a Paul Bunyan-sized 14.9% ABV to help take the edge off after a long day of felling timber.
