About This Beer
Gigantic started with a burly base of Skagit Pilot Pale and Pilsner malts. They let it boil for over eight hours to create a chewy, rich, ruby-hued Barleywine. Finally, they aged it for almost 2 years in bourbon barrels accentuating the brew with woody vanilla and whiskey spice.
Tasting Notes
Enormous notes of toffee, dates, and raisins course through each sip followed by crème brûlée swirls. The oak imbues the booze with warming bourbon, a whisper of tobacco, and a dash of tannic dryness in the finish.
