The Fort George crew masterfully crafted it with THREE different types of vanilla beans from the Congo, Brazil, and Guatemala.
Tasting Notes
So it is kinda like a Russian nesting doll, because each sip will unveil layers of sublime ‘nilla flavor. We expect roasty mocha tones to carry underneath, swirling alongside toffee nuances. And after 12 months maturing in Westward Whiskey and DryFly Whiskey barrels, look forward to stunning wood char and bourbon character on the finish.

vanilla on the nose, throughout and finishing with nice warmth. Great little brewery in beautiful Astoria ((check out the Goonies
house) with great beers and pizza.

thinner than i expected and more of the bitter aspects of the vanilla bean. a fair offering not would not get again
