Any collaboration between three rising New York brewing stars is worth reaching for, but a Black Gose is a rare, special find all of its own! 

The award-winning* flavor masters at Destination Unknown Beer Co. joined forces with their neighbors and friends at Meier’s Creek and Darling to craft today’s impressive beast of a Gose. 

They brewed Meet Me At Midnight with additions of black sea salt, black cherries, blackberries, and black currants, giving it a deeply bewitching, dark purple hue and a puckering, jammy smoothness!

That impenetrable night sky-colored pour hides some seriously bold flavors, to boot! Profound waves of juicy cherry pucker and sweet blackberry jam paint the palate in swirls, like a Van Gogh masterpiece. A gentle zing of salt cuts through the tartness, making the surprisingly silky sipper unfathomably quenching.

This may be the first Black Gose we’ve ever had on Tavour. And, to be frank, it might be a long time before we see another one. Do you really want to pass up on this beauty of a chuggable dark Gose?
