The cocoa nibs seemed to over power the character of the beer. Would like more bourbon vanilla notes. With all the additions maybe the outcome was to ambitious.

Thick, fudgy brownie with mild spice and then a pleasant cinnamon finish. This has to warm but once it does, the balanced blend of flavors is amazing. Like a delicious Mexican hot chocolate.

Not my favorite of the group, but a solid stout. Would have liked more of the chili presence to kick it up a notch.
