For another, it’s a style that’s rarely seen on Tavour: Wheatwine. To craft it, the brewers use a combination of malted wheat, flaked wheat, and chocolate wheat. Then, they add caramel malt, for a flavor that’s reminiscent of crispy burnt sugar and creamy crème brûlée. Additions of roasted pecans, graham crackers, and vanilla beans give it a pour as decadent as maple syrup and as sinfully delicious as pecan pie.
