About This Beer

To craft Mister Falcon, Fair State teamed up with Barrel Theory. The duo started with a large dose of malted oats for a silky sip. Then they fermented the brew on the cold side using an expressive German yeast, adding unique, fruity nuances. Finally, they blasted it all with a double dry hopping of Strata, Simcoe Cryo, and Citra Hops.

Tasting Notes

Explosive bursts of vibrant strawberry, pulpy peach, and tangy citrus boom through every sip. Wisps of pine follow after for a sip so refreshing you might find yourself exclaiming “yippee ki-yay, Mister Falcon!”
