About This Beer
To craft this stunner, the dark beer masters at Weathered Souls started with an opulent blend of Imperial Pastry Stout and Heaven Hill bourbon barrel aged Stout. Then they jam-packed it full of Oreos, marshmallows, brownie batter, cacao nibs, coconut, and vanilla beans. All that “pastry” flavor might be a problem for a lesser brewery, but in the hands of Hop Culture’s Best Craft Brewery of 2020, mo’ pastry is no problem at all –– just velvety cascades of dark chocolate-dipped cookies with wisps of vanilla oak!
Tasting Notes
Rich, velvety currents of cocoa-covered Oreos cascade into coconut crème brulée and fudgy brownie. The barrel and ABV beautifully balance the opulent dessert flavors.

A wonderful dessert stout. Very sweet with the marshmallow and other flavors really coming through. Not sure on the Oreo side. Pretty well balanced with some bourbon flavor as well.

You can really taste the chocolate in this one. Balanced well with Oreo/coconut/vanilla flavor. Very solid stout

not something I would drink a ton of due to the thick sweetness, but they nailed it. chocolate brownie batter.

Unbelievably delicious liquid brownie batter. Taste the chocolate, Oreo, and even marshmallow. Super thick, rich,
and creamy one. Almost too sweet but pretty much perfect. Stealthy high ABV; you won’t taste it. Barrel aged flavor really blends.
