To make it, the Masthead crew aged a decadent Imperial Stout base in Austin Nichols 18yr bourbon barrels for 22 months with Hawaiian vanilla, toasted coconut, and lactose, creating a sip that’s out of this world!
Tasting Notes
Rich notes of crème brûlée and creamy coconut blast off, soaring over a bed of roasty malts. Hints of caramel-drizzled plum drift throughout, leading to a velvety finish accentuated by whiskey-oak and smoothed out by the milk sugar.
