The brewers made this one Solera-style, meaning that they conditioned it in an oak foeder, removing a bit of the aged beer now and then and topping up the tank with fresh wort. That means the beer is constantly developing as it re-ferments again and again.
Plus they hopped with Riwaka for tropical nuances you don’t usually find in this type of brew.
Tasting Notes
Take a sip, and you’ll discover tangy lemon zest notes shining through hints of passionfruit and tangerine. Nuances of grassy funk and freshly turned earth glitter around the edges on the way to a crisp, dry finish.

Pretty light on the nose with a subtle brightness coming through. Crisp on the palate with a light mouthfeel and a citrusy finish. Not bad at all.
