The brewers aged a dry, roasty Russian Imperial Stour base in selected Angel’s Envy Bourbon barrels. And this complex behemoth that clocks in at a most excellent 12% ABV.

This BBA RIS brims with notes of baker’s chocolate and espresso up front, followed by smooth caramel nuances and a whisper of toasted hazelnut. A dash of bourbon lingers in the warming finish.
