About This Beer
To craft it, the 3 Sons crew aged a cocoa-y base in Stagg Jr. and Blanton’s bourbon barrels for 25 months. Then they conditioned it on Mostra Geisha coffee, raw and toasted coconut, roasted hazelnuts, Guyana cacao nibs, and Comoros vanilla beans, soaking it all in sumptuous dessert nuances.
Tasting Notes
Enticing café aromas erupt out of every pitch black pour. On the quaff, silky hazelnut mocha nuances cascade into coconut crème brûlée tones. Mounds bar notes melt into luxurious hints of vanilla oak before a final wave of java on the finish. Just mind the 15.5% ABV or you might be saying good night early!

Thick chocolate, vanilla, coconut, hazelnut. Sweet. would rate high if the barrel came through in the flavor at all.
