I love my neighborhood. But lately, something has darkened the blue skies of my sweet little oasis, and things will never be the same. It’s been tainted by an influx of a certain type of people...

Joggers.

As soon as the sun rises, they’re everywhere — stretching their legs on street corners, and dodging cars as they dash up hills. Shamelessly rocking their mesh shorts and neon sweatbands.

I know Evil Twin NYC can sympathize. Their new Double Dry-Hopped Double New England IPA, My Neighborhood Has Been So Much Cooler Ever Since Everyone Moved Upstate, echoes what I wish those joggers would do. And, it’s as much of a mouthful of creamy, tropical deliciousness as it is to say!

The international superstars at Evil Twin loaded this brew with exotic Callista Hops all the way from Germany — a rare find for Tavoursters — to bring out notes of apricots, peaches, and blackberries. The brewers paired them with two of our OG faves, El Dorado and Citra Hops. Each juicy sip is a mouthwatering dive into a pool of juicy watermelons, succulent pineapples, and orange creamsicles! 

Locals in Queens, NY are eager for this beer to move into the neighborhood. The lucky few who’ve tried it are already rating it a welcoming 4.22 on Untappd, calling it the “best of the IPA bunch.” @Andres R. raves, “juicy, hoppy, citrusy goodness . . . each flavor in this beer really pops.”

So, maybe I can’t convince the joggers to move upstate. But, I CAN sit comfortably on my front stoop and crack open one of these juicy brews, knowing that their eyes are filling up with jealousy with every Nike-clad step.
