Little sour/funk, peach fruity character, carbonated, and light. Refreshing

My wife's favorite beer on Tavour to date.

Belgian year flavors bouncing about the palate. Very lively beer with a touch of Brett funk. Finish is just sublime!

Very nice beer, light but boozy, loads of bubbles (as many as champagne). Mild taste with a peachy after taste.

Incredible. Lots of fruit (nose) even more as you sip. Dry, tart, perfect. One of the best aged sours I've tasted. pFriem is simply the best.

funky, mildly tart, sweet nectarine. a very well done stonefruut ale! I used to think I didn't like peach tart ales, but now know they're not well made most of the time.

Neither as sour nor as funky as I’d dreaded, this drinks fairly clean and easily – a little too much so. Both taste and mouthfeel are on the thin side, and it’s lacking… something.

UGH, SO GOOD. Legit like biting into a fresh nectarine, I think the sauv blanc barrels added some magic twist to it, cause it's too good. I can't tell where the dry wine kicks in so it must be blended into the nectarine magic flavor.

this is beautiful beer. an expertly crafted wild ale with nectarine punch hitting all the way through, balanced against aged hops and just plain delicious.

It's almost magical how pFriem gets its liquid to dance across one's tongue. light, tart, with a touch of nectarine velvet.

sauv blanc barrels come through but aren’t overly powerful. yet another great stone fruit and aged sour by pfriem!!

Aroma filled w/jammy nectarine, lemon rind, & hay funkiness. Juicy nectarine is star of taste w/sharp sourness. Lemon & oak in the background. Finishes a touch dry.

Strong scent of stone fruit, with hints of a wine-like astringency. Rich, complex flavor: tart and tangy, with plenty of barrel-aged funk. Nectarine comes through strongly, adding a bit of sweetness. Notes of sauvignon blanc complement and uplift the tartness and funkiness.

Drier and more funky/tart than I was expecting, no doubt characteristic of the Sauvignon Blanc barrel aging. Despite that, the aroma and flavor are replete in lemon zest and puckering citrus, alongside a vinous finish.
