About This Beer
To create this award winner, the legendary Oregon brewery combined the recipes from their Blue Butterfly Hoppy Saison and their Neon Daydream Hazy Pale Ale: they started with a base of Pilsner malt, wheat, and oats for a super soft body. Then they hopped it with carefully considered additions of Lemondrop, Wai-iti, Nelson, and Mosaic Hops.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting tangy lemon-lime notes up front, bolstered by hints of snappy white grape, ripe berry tones, and bright mandarin orange. And it should all be swimming through a slightly tart but incredibly soft and approachable body for refreshing sips you’ll want to keep coming back to.
