About This Beer
This high tech collaboration brings together Fair State Co-op and Mikkeller SD. They threw on their lab coats and produced something totally new, with an experimental yeast strain and a rarely seen Cryo Hop blend with Talus Hops blended in. The result is delicious, hazy, and scientifically tropical.
Tasting Notes
Each sip is abundantly tropical, with dank notes of mango and guava. The aromas are a touch more floral, with a finish that is deliciously earthy with a backbone of pine.

It's on the smooth side, not too hoppy. Tropical up front, but leaves an odd bitter taste afterwards

very interesting aroma but in my opinion could benefit from a little more bitterness

was hoping for more fruity notes buts its still a great beer and I bet would pair well with a classic dinner like filet mignon

hazy, bright, smooth

Light at first given the haze, but then the flavor creeps in: fruity and sweet, hints of melon, candy apple and kiwi. Fades to a mild bitterness that lingers tangy.

Daily corona battle haha. Back to "work" day edition. New hop, new yeast collab. And I like it. Juicy and melon sweet, but hop balanced and mild. Not overly sweet, nor bitter. Nicely done.

Very strange almond sweetness to this one. I’m going back and forth on whether I like it.
