Firestone Walker just released a new version of their three-time GABF winning Velvet Merlin Oatmeal Stout -- and because it’s made with lactose and it’s nitrogenated, this brew’s the creamiest Merlin yet!

Previously only available on nitro taps, Nitro Merlin in cans is a holy grail of creaminess.  Firestone Walker delivers exceptionally fresh roasted flavors by putting a drop of liquid nitrogen into every can that instantly transforms into rich bubbles!  Add in the ice cream sweetness of lactose and it’s a velvety treat that was only found at specially equipped beer bars -- until now.

Plush tan clouds of foam bounce atop a rich earthy brown.  Aromas of heavy cream-laced cappuccino float effortlessly above the brim of the glass.  Woody notes of oats soothe the senses.
