About This Beer
Gabe Fletcher and his team used two different strains of proprietary yeast for this sip — one Brettanomyces, and one Saison. They fermented the beer in Missouri oak foeders, then dry hopped it with Strata and Mosaic, and naturally bottle conditioned the brew for bright, lively carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Look for a bit of tartness, subtle fruity notes from the hops, and maybe a touch of oak on the back end. Expect hints of lemongrass and a very soft body to finish things off.

Rough…ish day. edition. This is very Brett, plenty yeasty and lemony with a hint of tart and an okay shine to the finish.

This was a really interesting brew. Tons of funk. Tons of bitterness. Probably too much. I didn’t love it but I’m glad I gave it a try.
