About This Beer
The legendary Firestone Walker crew got together with their pals at Alvarado Street Brewery to remix an ASB classic into today’s crisp and flavorful West Coast IPA. They began with a blend of pale malt and wheat, then built it up with layers of Cascade bitterness and tropical Mosaic Hops, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic Incognito.
Tasting Notes
Each light-bodied mouthful flows with a hoppy tropical medley. Bright pineapple aromas overlay notes of papaya and underripe melon in the sip. A resinous dankness courses underneath, culminating in refreshingly pithy grapefruit tones in the finish.

was really looking forward to this. Alvarado street is the best thing going in CA. this fell flat. it’s good but just kinda there. not super WC/piney/resiny
