The Gold Cider crew crafted it with a base of freshly-pressed Pacific Northwest apples, then blended in equally fresh raspberry juice from fruit grown just a couple hours away, in Lynden, WA.
Tasting Notes
Nuances of summer preserves flow through every clean quaff, with bramble fruit tones beautifully accenting the pome fruit. Hints of herbaceousness and a tinge of roselike florality lend this Cider the impression of a just-picked raspberry straight off the bush.

You cannot tell this is 5.5% by how it tastes, so be careful not to kill the bottle in one sitting. The apple and raspberry flavors are bright and sweet. Would make a fantastic dessert drink.
