About This Beer
This is the first ever BBA Stout from Sig Brewing! To craft it, The squad allowed the Stout base to rest in first-use whiskey barrels. After theyear long slumber, the brewers added mounds of fresh pressed vanilla beans, adding a complement of velvety sweetness to the body!
Tasting Notes
The whiskey notes certainly carry through first. Robus bourbon caramel and a hint of molasses flavor lead the charge, with the silky smooth vanilla settling the heat. Rich, complex chocolate malt powers through the sip, creating a creamy finish akin to a fudge drizzled scoop of vanilla ice cream on the palate.
